Dog Foster Application

Chez Malinois, Inc. dba Rescue Garage (and ultimately the Board of the aforementioned) determines the eligibility criteria for the foster care program, decides which animals are eligible for foster care, and authorizes fosters from an approved list of applicants. Rescue Garage requires all interested parties to complete and submit a foster application and may deny any application for any reason. All dogs placed through the {RescueGroupName} will have health checks, personality and temperament evaluations. I understand that Rescue Garage may not know everything about the dog, including behavior, past history and hidden health issues. , and will be spayed or neutered prior to placement unless a medical condition exists, diagnosed by a veterinarian, that would prevent this surgery.
